NBOA and NAIS Conferences
The 2008 NAIS Annual Conference, held in New York, on Feb. 28 - 29 was the largest gathering of independent school leaders, administrators, and teachers with over 4,000 attending. The NAIS Annual Conference provides opportunities for personal and professional networking, and for the attainment of practical skills and tools. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet with over 200 vendors exhibiting products and services designed to meet the growing needs of independent schools. Senior Systems staff provided information and demonstrations on the latest releases including Online Admissions, Online Enrollment and Re-Enrollment. Attending the conference included Senior Sales Managers, Richard Ellis and Tim Lauf, as well as Director of Product Support, Steve Yahres and President/CEO, R. Russell Alfieri. Winners from the Cranium Challenge included Kimberly Shaw (Cary Academy), Jerry Walker (Kent Denver School), Richard Bernasco (Vermont Academy), Lisa Snyder (Haverford School), Wendy Barnhart (Westminster School) and Patrick Ellsworth (Calhoun School). Winners received Visa gift cards.
