Search and Deploy
Search Screens have been enhanced to provide more searchable fields and a broader array of visible information. Each user can customize the layout and behavior of their Student, Constituent and Faculty search screens to optimize for their own common searches. The records retrieved can also be exported to spreadsheet format with a simple click. This makes electronic sharing of information even faster and easier than before!

Look but don’t touch
Enhanced security allows more refined assignment of write access. Refer to our System Administration release notes for details on how to simplify a user’s interface to provide more information while still protecting its integrity.

Save time, Rewind
Restore points allow you to experiment with your schedule without losing your work. Instead of manually re-configuring your master schedule in an attempt to achieve better scheduling results, only to have to manually set it back to where you started, you can now create restore points, test your new hypothesis and if your new results aren’t the perfect solution you were looking for, revert back to your “last known good configuration”.

Course Request Import
Save time and work by gathering your course requests in any delimited format and import them directly into your Scheduling module.

Online GPAs
Parents can now view not only their students’ grades, assignments and schedules but also Current year and historical GPA information.

Online Giving
Unregistered Donation pages have had unneeded branding removed to allow for better integration with your existing website. In addition to making gifts without logging in to My Backpack, your constituents can also make pledges online without being forced to provide their login credentials, with your permission, of course.
