Senior Systems’ new Knowledge Base provides clients with a wealth of up-to-date information to maximize your application’s productivity. This information portal provides troubleshooting steps, solutions to common issues, frequently asked questions, hot topics and search by application(s) and/or key words.

The Knowledge Base also provides a quick reference for support services, WebEx Support Center and FTP file transfer account information. All our reference documentation and current release notes are now available on-line and listed by application.
