Online Summer School Registration integrates with the Senior Systems Summer School application to support user self-service for summer school (or other extended programs), including registration, course/program selection, and payment. Parents click a link on your school’s website or their Parent Community page in My BackPack to access the Summer School Registration page where they can:
- Complete an online registration form that is completely customized for your school.
- View and select courses and programs that you have chosen to make available online, with options to search and filter offerings based on student levels and interests.
- Pay deposits and fees, and (if applicable) make final payments online via credit card or eCheck.
- Print copies of registration forms, schedules, and additional documents that you make available online.
- Manage registrations and view schedules for multiple children from a single web page.
You can customize screens, instructions, and automated email responses to provide an optimal user experience You can also control registration deadlines, payment schedules and fees to coordinate with your school's policies and procedures.
Registration and payment data is automatically updated to your school's database through an approval process that allows for manual changes or corrections as needed, saving time and effort, and increasing data accuracy.
