Senior Events Management System©

The Senior Events Management System allows your school to plan any type of event or activity, such as golf tournaments, banquets, and auctions. These activities can be tracked as simple single-day events or as a single event with multiple activities which take place over several days.

Senior Systems' unique integrated system allows revenues from these activities to be automatically reported to the General Ledger portion of the Senior Business Office System module or to the Senior Alumni/Development System module. In addition, the integrated database lets your school use existing Donor, Faculty and Student records from other Senior Systems modules to invite guests and gather volunteers to help run your event; or, to add new friends to your donor and volunteer database.
