Senior Membership System©
The Senior Membership System allows your
school to designate specific Memberships, (i.e., Boosters,
Sports, Clubs) and to assign distinct and unique benefit
levels to each Membership. A Membership does not start and
end on a fiscal or calendar year but begins on the month
of the Member's payment and continues for a twelve
month period.
- Allows the user to view all relevant Membership information from the Constituent Record

- Allows the assignment of specific Membership Groups

- Allows the user to assign a specific Membership to an individual

- Allows the user to send renewal notice letters from two months prior to expiration till one month after

- Accommodates complimentary Memberships
- Memberships are handled as part of the normal gift processing
- Members do not have to be entered a second time for those entries that are not part of the gift processing system
- Membership each year is considered NEW, RENEWAL, REJOIN, UPGRADE, and DOWNGRADE
- Users can design their own Membership Card forms
