The Senior Membership System allows your school to designate specific Memberships, (i.e., Boosters, Sports, Clubs) and to assign distinct and unique benefit levels to each Membership. A Membership does not start and end on a fiscal or calendar year but begins on the month of the Member's payment and continues for a twelve month period.

Allows the user to view all relevant Membership information from the Constituent Record
Allows the assignment of specific Membership Groups
Allows the user to assign a specific Membership to an individual
Allows the user to send renewal notice letters from two months prior to expiration till one month after
Accommodates complimentary Memberships
Memberships are handled as part of the normal gift processing
Members do not have to be entered a second time for those entries that are not part of the gift processing system
Membership each year is considered NEW, RENEWAL, REJOIN, UPGRADE, and DOWNGRADE
Users can design their own Membership Card forms
