The General Ledger application is the core of our Business Office accounting solution. Combining flexibility with ease of use, General Ledger gives you the information you need to assist with all your areas of responsibility from reporting to the Finance Committee, reconciling the subsidiary applications such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, to managing the school’s budget.

The General Ledger application maintains the current year’s information as well as transaction and budget history for the past 7 years. With minimal restrictions, you determine the format for your chart of account numbers, which can easily be classified by department or area. The General Ledger application organizes all of your information from our other accounting applications as well as Alumni/Development and Summer School and produces precise reporting to assist you in making informed business decisions.
