The Board/Trustee Community typically includes those individuals that sit on the various boards and governing bodies of the school. This community will also include Financial Managers, CFOs, Heads of School, Controllers and other top-level administrators. Information available to the Board/Trustee Community for viewing will include user-defined information. Information currently available to the Board/Trustee Community includes:

Address and biographical information
Budget management
Purchase requests
Meetings, schedules, and agendas

The Friend Community includes those individuals that do not have a specifically defined relationship with the school but are actively involved. These may include grandparents, other schools, foundations, organizations, and the general public. Information currently available to the Friend Community includes:

Biographical information
Address information
Donations and pledges (view and edit)
Online inquiries and applications
Online applicant fee
