Senior Systems' new Online Application/Inquiry system is designed to automate your Admission process by streamlining your procedures in an easy to use, safe and secure web-based application. Customized with your school's branding, inquiries and applicants can enter their data online and have it sent directly to the database via an approval process.

Applicants can also view the status of their application requirements which are continually updated from our Admissions module. The information is seamlessly integrated and stored real-time in our Senior Systems database, eliminating the need for 3rd party software or data importation.

The Online Application will also link the applicant to other family members already existing in the database. Applicant fees can conveniently be paid online using a credit card. Using our 128 bit secure-encryption and user name/password, your inquiry/applications will be reassured knowing their data is safe and secure. Whether it's for a new school term or re-enrollment, communicate effectively to your entire school community and guide them to success.

Inquiry

The Inquiry Form contains all student and parent biographical data. Fields and pull down menus are customizable. Inquiries are linked to their family members already existing in the database.

Application Requirements

Applicants can view the status of their application requirements including submitted forms, received forms by date and school comments. Required forms can be downloaded by the applicant. All information is continually updated in the Admissions module.

Existing/Pending Applications

The Existing and Pending Application screen provides a checklist for families regarding application status. New sibling information is automatically updated based on current family biographical information. Credit card fee payments are recorded and data is sent directly to the Business Office. Application requirements can be listed by school divisions.
