Our web-based Student Community software provides a complete view of each student's schedule, attendance, grades and comment information. Students have the ability to review their daily assignments and with the Daily Grade Book for the My BackPack Faculty/Staff Community they can view the assignment grades and comments entered by each teacher.

The Student Community includes all students currently enrolled or enrolled for the fall.

Information currently available to the Student Community for each student:

Online inquiries and applications
Address information
Schedule of enrolled classes
Homework assignments
Daily assignment grades
Grades and comments received up to the last marking period including GPA’s
Discipline history
Current year attendance
Debit account balance
Online-Enrollment Deposits
Re-enrollment
Current Report Card
Student Directory

In addition to the items mentioned for the Student Community above, the Parent Community also provides some additional options.

Parents have the ability to update their contact information individually in their profile area. This data can then be reviewed and modified by the school prior to accepting the change.

Parents can also search for other students and parents using My BackPack's web-based student/parent directory. This searchable screen allows you to narrow your selection by name, zip code, gender, grade and even homeroom teacher.

With the Online Admissions and Enrollment software modules, parents are now able to do more online than ever before.

The Online Admissions Community allows students and parents to submit inquiries and complete a customized application online. Once an application is submitted, families can check the status of all of their application requirements through My BackPack. The Admission office can also send personalized e-mails to prospective students from the My BackPack software.

The Online Enrollment Community makes the contract process easier than ever. Families can verify their contact information online and review, print and submit their enrollment contract all online. All information is captured and stored in the database.

The Parent Community includes all parents of students currently enrolled, enrolled in the fall, or enrolled in Summer School.

Current accounts receivable balances and statement history
Accounts receivable transactions including prepaid and deposits
Debit account balances and transactions
Credit card donations
Parent directory
