Admissions

A new query system is available for all reports and mailings.

The search screens now have a new wizard which allows the user to search for an inquiry or applicant before added the record to the database.

A new Inquiry/Applicant Worksheet is available which allows the user to display between 7 - 10 additional columns in addition to the inquiry/applicant name.

Enrollment Management

A new query system is available for all reports and mailings.

An Address tab has been added to Student Maintenance that displays the parent’s names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Financial Aid

A new query system is available for all reports and mailings.

A transfer function is available to allow users to pull in financial aid applicants from Admissions and Accounts Receivable.

Business Products

General Ledger

Custom Financial Reports can now export to Excel and retain their formatting.

A Formula Editor has been added to the Budget Worksheet report so you can create columns that display variance $ and %.

Accounts Payable

You now have the ability to file your 1099's for Federal and State, electronically

You can set up a 'Miscellaneous' Vendor to use for a variety of purpose. Many schools are using the miscellaneous vendor for their parent refund checks.

Accounts Receivable

If you post a charge or payment transaction to the wrong student you can now 'hide' the transaction from printing on the statement, once the correcting entry has been posted.

You can now define imports into Senior Systems for Cash Receipts and Debit charge transactions. The file 'types' you can import are .CSV and .XLS.

If you have purchased the My Backpack Student / Parent community, you can allow parents to view their account balances and monthly statements, through My Backpack. The parents can then 'opt' out of receiving paper statements via the mail.
