The Senior Registrar Office system provides a comprehensive feature set for managing the academic and tracking needs of schools. Registrar is the core module of the academic suite providing areas for tracking students, parents, and faculty as well as scheduling, grading, reporting and mailing features.

A wide variety of student information fields allow you to track biographical information as well as student activities, form tracking, health, locker, and vehicle information.

The system provides a home for unlimited class information. Class schedules and rosters can be established and maintained through several methods including by student, class, group and even through a student walk-in option.

Sophisticated faculty and staff screens allow for maintaining biographical and educational information for all staff members as well as viewing of schedules and rosters for each teacher.

Registrar provides a place for tracking and maintaining current and historical student marks, unlimited comment and skills. Our web-based module My Backpack Faculty/Staff Community or Teacher Administration allow for teachers to easily gather and enter this data so that customized grade reports and transcripts can be printed.
