We provide each of our clients with project managers that have extensive experience in their respective area. Our management staff is divided into the three major areas of Business Office and Admissions, Alumni/Development and Academic Products. Each of your project managers will oversee all activities related to your installation and each is a valuable resource available to you.

The project managers perform a variety of tasks to ensure a successful implementation, these include:

Needs Assessment

Using the information gathered through your questionnaires, on-site specification meetings and discussions with key school personnel, we assess the needs of your school. This detailed process helps us tailor our implementation plan and applications to better suit your needs.

Scheduling

Our project manager will work with you to build a schedule of events in order to facilitate a smooth implementation. The typical schedule might include a questionnaire due date, specification meeting date, conversion data due dates, installation date and on-site training dates.

Data Conversion

Our project manager will work with you to determine the feasibility of data conversion and how to best convert from possibly many separate applications into our single database. If a data conversion is to be performed, our manager will work with you to establish an implementation time-table.

Training

We will work with you to develop an appropriate training schedule. This training schedule will outline the modules and topics that will be covered and which staff members should attend these sessions.

Custom Add-ons and features

If it is determined that your school requires some form of customization, our project manager will be your primary point of contact for all information regarding the software customization. The specifications, pricing and delivery of the custom features will also be coordinated through your project manager.

Our support specialists can consult with your project manager and quickly answer any questions or concerns you may have.
