Your selection of our system is much more than just the purchase of a software package. We supply a complete set of Services that provide you with a comprehensive solution. Project Management

We provide each of our clients with project managers that have extensive experience in their respective area. Our management staff is divided into the two major areas of Business Office and Alumni/Development, and Academic Products and Admissions. Each of your project managers will oversee all activities related to your installation and each is a valuable resource available to you.

Installation and Configuration

The installation and configuration of the system is a key element in the overall functionality and performance of your system. A carefully planned installation will provide you with a reliable and effective system. We offer two methods of installation and configuration.

Data Conversion

We provide comprehensive data file conversion services and consulting to ease the transition from your current system to our system. The success of any conversion weighs heavily on the quality and consistency of the data provided to us. We will do our best to identify any data problems prior to installation. Another important detail is input from your staff regarding how the current system is operated and used. During the process of conversion we will communicate with your staff on a regular basis to resolve any data conversion issues. Click here for additional details of our data file conversion services.

Training

We provide comprehensive training for all of our applications. Typically the training occurs just after installation, however additional training can be scheduled at any time. The training format can be tailored to meet your needs and can range from one-on-one sessions to overviews involving the entire administrative staff. Support Options
