On-site

We provide complete on-site training for all of our applications. Typically the training occurs just after installation, however additional training can be scheduled at anytime. The training format can be tailored to meet your needs and can range from one-on-one sessions to overviews involving the entire administrative staff.

By striving to provide the best training possible we have found that training, using your own data, is the most effective method. Our trainers will, in most cases, setup a temporary training database containing your data. Your staff will then have the flexibility to experiment within the system without having to worry about "breaking" something.

Although on-site training on your data is the most effective method it is subject to some pitfalls. These include interruptions, late starts, early dismissals and general distractions from the school environment. Every effort should be made to schedule the training when your users can clear their schedules and setup a training area that is free from distractions. Online Training

We also offer web-based training via WebEx for those schools that are interested. Online training can be used to supplement on-site training or in the case of new hires. This option is also ideal for targeted training on specific functions or to allow optimum flexibility for training schedules.

Other Training Options

In additions to the comprehensive on-site training, we also provide a range of training services at our offices. If you require training for such things as a new employee, specialized report writing, technical overview for an MIS administrator or in-depth student scheduling, then training at our site might be more appropriate. Please contact your project manager to schedule these training session(s).
